1. Ownership

InductIQ (the "Platform") and wsafeai.com (the "Site") are the proprietary and confidential intellectual property of WorkSafeAgent LLC("WorkSafeAgent", "we", "our"). All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform — including without limitation the source code (frontend, backend, configuration, and infrastructure-as-code), user interface designs, copy, branding, form layouts, PDF templates and chrome, signature workflows, AI prompts and assist logic, database schemas, document and attachment workflows, and any documentation, training material, or supporting artifacts — are owned exclusively by WorkSafeAgent LLC. All rights reserved.

2a. Patents

The methods, systems, workflows, and AI-driven processes that power InductIQ — including without limitation the patent-pending AI triage pipeline, real-time intake-assist copilot, voice-to-structured-fields extraction, and critical-severity auto-paging orchestration — are the subject of one or more pending U.S. patent applications filed by WorkSafeAgent LLC. All patent rights are expressly reserved. Notice is hereby given under 35 U.S.C. § 287(a) of WorkSafeAgent's patent-pending status.

3. Confidential Information & Non-Disclosure

All non-public information accessible through the Platform — including but not limited to proprietary form structures, field-position maps, AI prompts and model orchestration, workflow logic, internal API designs, aggregated incident data, customer brand assets, and the underlying source code — constitutes Confidential Information of WorkSafeAgent LLC.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to:

• treat all Confidential Information as confidential and use it only for the purpose authorized by your license;
• not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without WorkSafeAgent LLC's prior written consent;
• protect Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care you use for your own confidential information of like importance, and in no event less than reasonable care;
• not retain Confidential Information beyond the period authorized by your license; and
• promptly notify WorkSafeAgent LLC of any actual or suspected unauthorized use or disclosure.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Platform;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or non-public components of the Platform;
• circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security, access-control, or authentication features;
• use the Platform to develop, train, or improve any product or service that competes with InductIQ or WorkSafeAgent LLC;
• remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, watermark, or other proprietary notice;
• scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Platform in bulk or by automated means;
• publish, post, share, or otherwise disclose screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of non-public functionality without express written permission.

5. Licensing

Use of the Platform is permitted only under a valid license granted in writing by WorkSafeAgent LLC. White-label deployment and customization features (logo, color, company name, and uploaded PDF templates) allow licensed organizations to brand the Platform as their own — they do not transfer ownership of the underlying Platform, code, designs, or workflows, all of which remain the exclusive property of WorkSafeAgent LLC.

No license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. For licensing inquiries, partnership, or commercial use, contact WorkSafeAgent LLC.

6. Trademarks

"InductIQ", "wsafeai.com", and "WorkSafeAgent" — together with associated logos, wordmarks, and product names — are trademarks of WorkSafeAgent LLC. Customer-supplied logos and trademarks displayed via the Platform's branding feature remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely under the licensee's authorization.

7. Enforcement & Remedies

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure of the Platform or its Confidential Information causes irreparable harm to WorkSafeAgent LLC for which monetary damages alone would be inadequate. WorkSafeAgent LLC is entitled to seek injunctive relief, specific performance, attorneys' fees, and any other remedies available at law or in equity, in addition to any damages, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.

9. Updates to this Notice

WorkSafeAgent LLC may update this Notice from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Notice. The current version is indicated at the top of this page and inside the first-visit acknowledgement dialog.
