Common pricing questions
What does the 30-day pilot include?+
Full Growth-tier feature set against your real OSHA records and one active jobsite. We set up the tenant, ingest your last 12 months of incidents, and produce a signed ROI memo. If we miss the ROI from your /roi calculator, you don't pay — no contract, no recovery.
How do you count "workers"?+
Unique active field workers who could submit an incident in a given month. Office staff, contractors counted only when on payroll, and laid-off seasonal labor don't count. We bill on the annual peak so seasonal swings don't cost you anything mid-year.
What happens if we exceed our tier mid-year?+
We notify you at 80%. You can either pay the prorated difference to the next tier (no overage gotchas) or stay on the current tier — we never throttle production traffic over a billing dispute.
Do you offer non-annual / month-to-month pricing?+
No. The whole product (OSHA logs, retention, audit trails) is built for organizations that operate on annual safety reporting cycles. Month-to-month doesn't fit that pattern, and we don't want to charge for something we can't commit to.
Can we pay by PO / invoice?+
